History
- Chapter 100 of the Kashi Khand designates Agni Dhruveshwar as the first Shivling in the sacred Ekadasha Maha Rudra Yatra (pilgrimage of eleven Rudras). It has been venerated by pilgrims undertaking Rudra Yatras since ancient times.
Significance
- As the initial station of the Ekadasha Rudra Yatra, Agni Dhruveshwar grants the merit of Rudra worship. Worshipping this linga bestows steadfast devotion, purity, and spiritual liberation.
